Congratulations to our Mechanical Engineering Team Leader Jack Stevenson, on his paper being published in the Ultrasound in Medicine & Biology journal.
This work was carried out in collaboration with researchers at the University of Glasgow, investigating the effects of ultrasound at a cellular and molecular level, with conclusions drawn on the therapeutic effects on bone marrow cells. Despite involving frequencies commonly used in surgical devices, this is an area that has received limited scientific study. This research represents an important contribution to the growing understanding of ultrasound behaviour in biological tissue.
Great work by all involved.
